I listened to this song for the first time last week, because I found a quote on Tumblr from this song: "I will make my way through one more day in hell. How much this difference does it make?". And I'm in love with it. Well, I'm in love with everything that Pearl Jam, and specially Eddie Vedder do. And I really recommend it. Listen to this song with "rainy mood" (rainymood.com) on, during the night, looking to the sky. One of the most weirdly amazing feelings in the world.
