Good morning! I was asked by e-mail, sent by a russian girl called Alina, what were the songs that I had in my phone. Well, to have songs in my phone, I only have to possibilities: buy it on iTunes, or I have to dowload iTunes to my computer (I can't do it because my computer really sucks) and transfer my cds to the computer. Ok, this post may confuse some of you, but I feel the need to talk about this. Most of the people don't know, and my friends may not believe in it, and I don't fn' care, but I'm a fn' religious person, too religious maybe (I'm catholic, just so you know).
Some people say that just because you listen to Metal music you're satanic, and that Metal music passes a satanic and anti-religious message, and, sorry about saying this, but people that say that don't understand a fuck about Metal. As far as I know, religion was never against Metal music, at the point to forbide people to listen to it (although sometimes it may not agree with it, but it happens with every music style), and Metal never forbided anyone to be religious. The point is I love Metal, and I'm religious. My religion never stoped from enjoying this music style. And I totally can understand that most of the people that like the same music styles as I do aren't religious, I totally can. I just like to be named as a poser or something like that just because I'm religious. Like it or not, people shouldn't judge religious people that like Metal because of it. Just respect it, God damn it!

Hey people!! I'm sure that there must be around here someone that loves Symphonic Metal... Yeah, I'm gonna talk about Symphonic Metal!! I should probably talk about Epica, because they are an amazing group of this gender, but I'll write about another group, which is definitely one of my favourites: Midnattsol.
Besides being in the Symphonic Metal scene, they also work a lot with sounds caracteristics of the Folk and Celtic Metal.
A small I.D.:

- Origin: German/Norway;
- Formed by: Carmen Elise Espeneas (singer) and Christian Hector (guitarist);
- Active since: 2002;
- Other members: Chris Murzinsky, on drumms, Daniel Fischer, on keyboard, Alex Kautz, on the second guitar, and Brigit Öllbrunner, on the bass;
- Meaning of the name: midnight sun, in norwegian (it said so in Wikipedia xb).

Midnattsol won "Best Hope" award at Metal Female Voices Fest 2009 due to the majority of the votes by the fans.

Oi! Este "post" vai ser em português porque quero falar de uma coisa que deu ontem na MTV em Portugal, e eu suponho que a programação não é igual, portanto...
Primeiro, alguém aqui viu o MTV World Stage: Red Hot Chili Peppers? Eu consegui aguentar até às 23:30 para ver!! (a essa hora não tendo net, o que era o caso, estou cheia de sono). Eu, pessoalmente, achei que ia ser mais longo, mas mesmo assim adorei o concerto. Fiquei um bocado desiludida por não terem tocado a "Californication"... Mas de qualquer das formas fiquei impressionada com o facto da banda ter exatamente a mesma energia que tinha há 10 anos atrás... Adorei o desempenho do Kiedis (Sir Psycho Sexy :b ), do Flea, do Chad Smith e também gostei do do Josh Klinghoffer, mas continuo a ter saudades do Frusciante... Principalmente na "Can't Stop", senti muito a falta do Frusciante, mas não deixa de ser um excelente desempenho da parte Josh, mas tenho saudades da forma de tocar do John.
Para quem não viu e está interessado em ver, foi o concerto que eles deram na Irlanda em 2011, acho eu, mas não tenho a certeza. Vou procurar o link, e publico assim que o tiver!!

David Eric Grohl was born the January 14th 1969, in Warren, Ohio. He is well known for being the drummer of Nirvana, and in nowadays the vocalist and guitarist of Foo Fighters. He plays drumms, guitar, bass and keyboard. He's married to Jordyn Bloom, a MTV producer, and has two kids: Violet Maye and Harper Willow. He has a very conflituous relationship with Courtney Love, and he's many times involved in scandals with Love.

Hi again! Now, a small bio of Krist Novoselic! I would like to add some curiosities too, but I didn't find anything untill the moment, but I'll search more.
Krist Anthony Novoselic was born the May 16th 1965, in Compton, California, from a croatian family. He is well known for being the co-founder and bassist of Nirvana, and also the founder of Eyes Adrift, Sweet 75 and also for being the actual bassist of the group Flipper (punk). He is also active in politics, for the Democratic Party. He plays bass, guitar and accordion. He was married twice, with Shelli Dilley, that he met in High School, and married in 1989. The divorce was in the year of 1999. In the early 2004, Novoselic married once again Darbury Ayn Stenderu, and the marriage lasts for 7 years. Besides being a bassist and politician, Krist is also a pilot. Nowadays, he lives in Deep River, Washington.

So, to start, 44 curiosities about Kurt Cobain, the singer and guitarist of Nirvana (R.I.P. Kurt Cobain) But first, just a small small bio:
Kurt Cobain was born February 20th 1967, in Aberdeen, USA, and he's well known for being the best grunger of all the history. He had problems with drugs, and had a diagnosticated depression and bipolar disturbe. He was married to Courtney Love, of Hole, and had togheter one daughter, Frances Bean Cobain. Kurt Cobain pasted away April 5th, just found April 8th. Some say with was suicide, some murder. He pasted away with 27 years old, and now mades part of the glorious 27.
Back to the curiosities:

1. Before Nirvana, Kurt Cobain did a audition to enter in the band Melvins, but he was refused.
2. When he was a teenager, he lived for 8 months in a friend's house, sleeping in a couch.
3. When Nirvana started succeeding, they received a fax of Metallica (in the 90's) saying: " You have hit the mark. Nevermind is the best album of the year. See you soon. Metallica. BTW, Lars (Ulrich) hates you".
4. One of Kurt's biggest loves was movies.
5. Cobain also enjoyed to buy pieces of meat and then go to the wood and shoot them, with different guns.
6. There was a time that Kurt used to throw up before every show.
7. One of the best friends of Kurt Cobain, Carrie Montgomery, once said: "He makes women care and protect him. It is a paradox, because although he is brutally intense and strong, he may seem fragile and delicate, at the same time. "
8. The singer of Nirvana was about to join the Navy, even met with one of the officers in charge of enlistment which discussed the possibility of registering.
9. In one sentence from the diary of Kurt Cobain could read: "I have met many minds capable of storing and translating large amounts of information but lack of talent and wisdom, nor appreciate the passion."
